SECURITY AND DATA

How We Protect Your Account and Information

Your account data, payment details and transaction history are encrypted and stored on secure servers. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

Account Encryption

All login credentials and session data are encrypted end-to-end. Two-factor authentication is available in your security settings for added protection.

Payment Verification

Withdrawals are matched against your original deposit source to prevent fraud. This may add 1–2 minutes to the verification step but keeps your funds secure.

Data Retention and Deletion

We keep account records for seven years to comply with Indonesia financial regulations. You can request account closure and data anonymization at any time via support.

Third-Party Sharing

We share deposit and withdrawal data only with licensed payment processors (DANA, OVO, GoPay, QRIS operators) and fraud-prevention partners. Never with advertisers or data brokers.

Cookie and Tracking

We use cookies to remember your login, language and game preferences. You can clear cookies from your browser settings; you will then need to log in again.

Request Your Data

Head to Account Settings > Privacy and click 'Download my data'. You will receive a secure download link within 48 hours containing all records linked to your account.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Terms

Below are the questions we hear most often from account holders in Makassar, Denpasar and across Indonesia who want to understand their rights, how disputes are resolved, and what happens if they need to close their account. Each answer covers the specific term and how it applies to you.

Our terms require withdrawals to be processed to the same payment method as your original deposit for security. If your first deposit was DANA, all withdrawals must go back to DANA. You can link a second payment method for future deposits if you prefer a different withdrawal destination.

Yes. You can request account closure anytime from Account Settings > Account Management > Close Account. If you have an active balance, we will process a withdrawal to your registered payment method within two business days. Closed accounts cannot be reopened.

Report any suspected error to support immediately with your transaction ID. We investigate within three business days and provide a full report. If you disagree with our finding, you can escalate to our disputes team for independent review within 14 days of our initial response.

Our terms do not limit withdrawal frequency. You can request a withdrawal anytime your account balance is above the minimum (typically Rp 50,000 or equivalent). Processing takes 1–3 minutes for DANA, OVO and GoPay; QRIS transfers may take up to 5 minutes depending on your bank.

Accounts that show no login for 12 months may be flagged as dormant. We will send you a warning email before taking any action. Dormant account funds remain yours; you can reactivate your account by logging in or contacting support. No dormancy fees apply.

We may update terms to reflect changes in payment rules, security practices or Indonesia regulations. Any material change will be announced on this page and via email 30 days before taking effect. You will have the option to close your account if you disagree with the new terms.

If you use a weak password or share your login details, you bear responsibility for unauthorized activity. If you detect unusual activity, contact support immediately with your username and the last transaction you recognise. We will investigate and may restore your balance if we confirm unauthorized access on our end.
